Refund & Return Policy — The Health Healer®

1. Return Eligibility

•       Returns must be requested within 15 days of the delivery date

•       Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all original seals intact

•       Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required for all returns

•       Products that have been opened or partially used are not eligible for return, unless defective

 

2. Defective or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

 

3. How to Return

To initiate a return, contact us through our Contact page at thehealthhealerpk.com with your order details and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 2 business days.

 

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days. Refunds are issued via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer. We will notify you once your refund has been processed.

 

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

 

6. Non-Returnable Items

•       Opened or used products (unless defective)

•       Products purchased from unauthorised sellers or fake websites

•       Products without original packaging or proof of purchase

 

Important: Purchases from fake websites or unauthorised sellers (including thehealthhealer.com.pk) are not covered under our return policy. We accept returns only from orders placed directly on thehealthhealerpk.com.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
